How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get a download page and an email with secure links. Each purchase includes 3 downloads over 30 days.
Which file formats do you provide?
Every design lists its formats (STL, 3MF and/or STEP) on the product page, along with print notes such as layer height and supports.
Which license do I need?
Personal Use if you print for yourself, friends or family. Commercial Use if you want to sell the physical prints you make. Nobody may share or resell the files.
Can I get a refund?
Files are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If you were charged twice, or a file is broken or doesn't match its description and we can't fix it, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
My download links expired. What now?
Contact us with the email you used at checkout and we'll send fresh links.
What does pay what you want mean?
Some designs let you choose the price, including $0. Free claims only need an email address so we can send your links.
Do I need an account?
No. Your email address is all we use to deliver files and receipts.
