When you check out, you agree that your files are delivered immediately and that you give up any right to cancel once delivery starts. For that reason all sales are final.
When we will refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- A file is broken or doesn't match its description, and we can't fix it.
- Where the law in your country requires a refund.
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order email. When we refund an order, its download links and license end.
Not covered
- Change of mind, or buying the wrong license (contact us and we can usually help).
- Print failures caused by printer, material or slicer settings.
Free and $0 pay-what-you-want claims have nothing to refund. See also the terms of service.
