What we collect
- Order details: your email address, optional name, what you bought, the license, the amount, tax and the payment reference. We need these to deliver files, send receipts and meet tax obligations.
- Download records: how many times each download link was used, to enforce download limits.
- Cart: stored only in your browser (local storage) until you check out.
- Technical logs: our host keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and reliability.
We don't ask for an account or a password, and we never see your card details.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe: payments, fraud prevention and tax calculation.
- Resend: sending order and download emails.
- Cloudflare: file storage (R2) and bot protection on free claims (Turnstile).
- Sanity: storing the catalog and order records.
- Vercel: hosting the website.
- Google (AdSense): showing ads on some pages, only if you allow advertising cookies (see below).
Cookies and advertising
The shop works without advertising or tracking cookies. When ads are turned on, some pages (never the cart, checkout, download or free-claim pages) show ads from Google AdSense. We ask first: until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Consent Mode stays set to “denied” and no ad script is loaded. If you accept, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically up to 7 years). Download records expire with your links.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it (except what we must keep by law). We don't sell your personal information. The site isn't directed at children under 13. To make a request, contact us.
