About this design
Double-hinge elbows and knees that bend to 168 degrees, five hand poses in left and right, and tight and loose versions of every ball joint. Every part is a direct swap for the stock part and prints without supports.
Requires the base figure, sold separately: Poseable 6 Inch Action Figure (https://www.saiyanprints.com/products/poseable-action-figure). This pack does not include the figure.
Parts (32 files, 62 printed pieces, STL and 3MF for each, plus 4 ready-made plates):
- Hands, left and right: fist with grip hole, flat, pointing, relaxed, splayed (10 hands)
- Double-hinge arms and legs: 2 upper arms, 2 lower arms, 2 thighs, 2 shins, 8 link plates, 12 printed pins (spares included)
- Tight and loose versions of the head, pelvis, upper and lower arms, thighs and shins
- Friction coupon: socket block, ball bar and test pins (print first)
What it changes:
- Elbows and knees go from about 39 degrees each way on the stock ball joint to a 168 degree bend.
- The fists have a grip hole and hold the armor kit accessories and the Accessory Pack props. The open hands are for posing and do not hold props.
- The friction coupon tells you whether the stock, tight or loose joints suit your printer. Print the variants plate only for joints that need tuning.
- Some armor limits the new elbow range: mech kit 136 to 140 degrees, construction elbow pad 148 degrees.
- No chest in this pack. The slotted chest for the Accessory Pack backpack comes with Accessory Pack Vol. 1 (and the Holiday Armor Kit).
- Includes GUIDE.pdf / GUIDE.md (settings, print order, coupon, assembly) and a spec sheet.
CAD-checked: ranges, fits and walls were checked in CAD against the figure's own meshes. Grams and times are slicer estimates.
Warning: small parts, choking hazard. Not for children under 3. Adult supervision recommended.

Print notes
- PLA (PETG also works), 0.4 mm nozzle, 3 walls, 15% gyroid infill. 0.12 mm layers for the hands and coupon, 0.2 mm for the rest. - No supports. 3 mm brim on the double-hinge plate only. - Print order: friction coupon (12.29 g, 1 h 53 min), hands (12.73 g, 2 h 22 min), double hinge (14.06 g, 2 h 45 min). Most people only need these three (about 39 g, 7 h). Joint variants plate (42.25 g, 7 h 02 min) only for joints that need tuning. - Everything: 81.3 g, about 14 h at 0.2 mm (PrusaSlicer 2.9.2, PLA, 3 perimeters, 15% gyroid). Values are slicer estimates. - Files: STL and 3MF for each of the 32 parts and the 4 plates, plus GUIDE.pdf, GUIDE.md and SPEC.md.
