Muscle & Pony Pack 1:64: Five Printable Toy Car Bodies with Chassis and Wheels

Five small American-style cars for the 1:64 swappable-body chassis, inspired by classic 60s and 70s pony and muscle cars. Each body is one piece and pushes onto the chassis posts, so you can swap bodies on one chassis or build one chassis per car.

• 60s Pony Fastback: a long-hood pony car with a sloping fastback roof, side louvres and a bar grille. About 74.7 x 31.8 x 21.0 mm on the chassis.
• 60s Muscle Coupe: a mid-size coupe with open quad lamps, a vented hood, fender gills and a formal hardtop roof. About 75.5 x 31.7 x 21.2 mm.
• 70s Big-Block Muscle Coupe: a cowl-style hood bulge, a split grille between quad round lamps and a semi-fastback roof with wide sails. About 77.3 x 31.8 x 21.0 mm.
• 70s Shaker-Hood Muscle Coupe: a raised shaker-style scoop standing up through the hood, a wide grille and a short, flat deck. About 75.8 x 31.7 x 20.9 mm.
• 70s Hidden-Lamp Muscle Coupe: a full-width grille with the headlamps hidden behind closed doors, a long hood and a long, low tail. About 77.5 x 31.8 x 20.0 mm.

Each car is its own download with the body, the standard chassis (44 mm wheelbase), classic 5-spoke wheels (11 mm front, 12 mm rear), the play shim and optional two-colour wheel parts. These are the same chassis and wheel files as the Euro Sport Pack, the R1 Roadster kit and the Garage Starter Trio, so a chassis you already printed fits every body here.

Printing: PLA on a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.12 mm layers, 3 walls, 15% infill, no supports. Bodies print upright, rim down, as supplied. Slicer weight and time estimates for these bodies are not published yet.

You supply two standard paperclips per car for the axles. An adult straightens, cuts and files the wire and drills the axle holes with a 1.2 mm pin vise drill; the README in each download walks through it.

CAD-checked, not print-tested: fit on the chassis and wall thickness are CAD values. Fine detail such as grille bars, vents, louvres and door lines is at the limit of a 0.4 mm nozzle and may soften on some printers.

The lengths follow each car's own proportions at about 1:64, so the Big-Block and Hidden-Lamp coupes run longer than the Pony Fastback.

The images are CAD preview renders. The bodies are single-colour prints; the body colours, glass, lamps and trim in the renders are painted. The colour hero renders and the two close-ups show the cars on turbofan wheels from the separate Wheel Pack 1:64, which is not included; the on-chassis renders show the included classic 5-spoke wheels.

For ages 8 and up once built. Small parts: not for children under 3.
